what form of payments do you accept?

Unfortunately we are strictly Cash Only at this time  (you can "thank" the Federal government for this nonsense :)


  • Order Service Hours: 10am - 10pm daily (delivery times may fall outside of normal delivery hours dependent on order volume)

  • Online Ordering: 24 hours per day




    We are closed  or observe a reduced schedule on the 4th of July (all day), Thanksgiving (all day), Christmas eve (12/24 close at 8PM), Christmas Day (all day),  New Year's eve by 8PM as well as all day New year's day - All orders received during holidays or after hours are automatically scheduled (in the order they were received) for next day delivery.

    What do I need to become a member?

    You need a valid California Doctor's Recommendation which can be verified as proof of your status as a medical cannabis patient in the state of California. If you only have a doctor's recommendation, we simply need to call and verify it through your doctor's office.  Join our collective here

    How do I get a California Medical Cannabis Patient ID?

    Many evaluation centers throughout California can help you  get your doctor's recommendation. We have partnered up with HelloMD and you can now legally obtain your card online right here

    Do I need to sign anything?

    We are a collective of patients and In order to visit our dispensary facilities, you must register as a member of our collective. It involves signing our membership agreement stating your intention to relate with Green Door West as such. This in no way limits your ability to cultivate your own medicine, infringes upon your legal limits, or prevents you from joining another collective. The agreement simply states your intention to be an active member of the collective. You can join our collective here.

    Are there any membership fees?

    No. There are no membership fees whatsoever...Lucky you :)

    Can i PICK UP my ORDER  instead of having it delivered?

    • We are 100% online collective and DO NOT have a Storefront where we can serve you. 



      How can I find out what you have? Do you have a menu?

      We offer a full organic and vegan online menu. We carry over 15+ different types of Fresh Organic Flowers and 20+ different concentrates. We also offer a great selection of premium Vegan, Gluten-Free and Organic edibles.       Do you carry CLONES or seeds?

      We unfortunately do not carry clones or seeds. Please check out our menu often as it changes constantly.
